This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you volunteer for the Lee St Mini Fete.
What we collect
When you sign up to volunteer, we collect:
- Your first name – displayed publicly on the signup board so other parents can see who's volunteering
- Your phone number – used only by stall organisers to contact you about your shift
How we use your information
Your information is used solely for organising the school fete:
- Your first name is shown on the volunteer board to encourage others to sign up
- Your phone number is shared only with stall leads who may need to contact you
- Organisers can export volunteer lists for coordination purposes
Who can see your information
- Public: Only your first name is visible to other parents
- Organisers: Fete organisers can see your name and phone number
How long we keep it
Your information is kept only for the duration of fete planning and for a short period afterwards for any follow-up. Data is then deleted.
Your rights
You can:
- Cancel your signup at any time using the "Edit Signups" feature
- Contact the fete organisers to request your information be deleted
